Musical Theatre Costume Design Project

Costume Design

Conceptual:

Director: Matthew Holmquist

Context:  Working with RWCMD four Musical Theatre Students to build and develop a character using Musical Theatre songs as a stimulus. In a design-led practice working directly with a performer using character-building exercises to expand and build on the material that is part of the song with each student to fully develop their character. Focusing on building character outwards with a small amount of source material to create a conceptual look for the character.
